337Studio is Launched

For those that don't know, 337Studio is the name I chose for my freelance business name. I made this website to serve as my portfolio and as a way to advertise my freelance services. I'm excited to announce that it's finally up and running.

Setbacks

Unfortunately, I'm the type of person that tends to over-think everything, especially when it came to my portfolio site. Nothing I came up with was the perfect solution or the perfect design. In the end though, I kind of just said, "Enough already, just make it and don't stop. Damn!" So, the website you see now is the end result. I ran with one design, and just saw it through.

My blog is a little bare at the moment, but I plan on contributing to it at least once a month. I'm hoping to post tutorials, site launches, and maybe some articles on using ExpressionEngine (EE). The EE articles may have to wait as I am still learning it! Speaking of EE, this site was built using their terrific content management software. It's a bit expensive, but the feature set has been outstanding. Plus, the support is good and there are 3rd party extensions being release frequently.

I am excited about the future growth of this website and what is to come. For now, I'm just happy to have it up and running.
